No, we are not Tripadvisor, but we are going to recommend a series of restaurants where you can eat in Fuengirola that at least we love.
10 restaurants to eat in Fuengirola
- Don Julián gastrobar. This restaurant will surprise you with the quality of its dishes. They have a very varied and balanced daily menu and on weekends they have a tasting menu worthy of a Michelin star with quite affordable prices. And no, we are not exaggerating. The chef is a professor of cooking and it shows in the care he puts into each preparation. By the way, everything is homemade, even the bread and sauces. And if that were not enough, they also serve breakfast, including baked churros! Now there is no excuse to “skip your diet”.
- La despensa del Aceite. Local cuisine restaurant in the heart of Fuengirola. The service is exquisite, as is its menu. Don’t miss the cooked croquettes.
- Restaurante Tito Clemente. Here you will also enjoy a delicious family lunch with a service of 10. Our recommendation: The broken eggs with truffle cream, the oxtail timbale and to finish with a sweet touch, don’t leave without trying their homemade desserts.
- Chiringuito Oasis. Enjoy lunch or dinner on the beachfront in this familiar but different beach bar. And although they have been open since 1980, they are constantly renovating to always offer an impeccable image and make their customers feel at home. In fact, they have just done a complete renovation and the restaurant has turned out spectacular. As for the menu, they specialize in fish, paellas and they also have a barbecue. Of course you can also taste the typical fried fish from Malaga. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the area in which it is located is unbeatable, on Carvajal beach, Fuengirola.
- La Libélula Vegan. We couldn’t not include a vegan option on this list. And La Libélula is a cozy restaurant in which every detail is very careful. They are pet-friendly so you won’t have a problem if you go with your dog. The food is delicious and very elaborate. They also have a solidarity cover whose proceeds are donated to different associations that help animals.
- Kamura. This Japanese restaurant located in the Los Boliches area is a delight for sushi lovers. Of course, the place is very small, with a capacity of approximately 10 people inside and a couple of tables outside, so you will surely have to reserve in advance. The owner is a very friendly Japanese man who prepares your dishes right at the bar.
- Daos. We continue through Asia without leaving Fuengirola, although this is not the People’s Fair . This time we are going to Thailand. The country par excellence of Street food and therefore of the famous pad Thai. Its owner is Thai and charming. It will answer any questions you may have about any of the dishes.
- El Molcajete. If you want to continue exploring international flavors, Mexican food cannot be missing from the list. And in Fuengirola we are lucky to have this restaurant run by Mexicans who cook very well. Don’t forget to taste the tacos and accompany them with a cold Mexican beer. We recommend the “Black Model”.
- Monalisa. Who doesn’t like pizza and pasta? And if it is homemade and made by an Italian, even better. This spacious restaurant is located on the seafront, in the Los Boliches area.
- Momag Burgers & Gin. We have not forgotten the famous snack par excellence and almost everyone likes hamburgers. But today we are going to recommend what for many Fuengiroleños and Fuengiroleñas is the best burger place in our city. And for now, we agree. If you don’t believe us, look at the photo. Although it is best that you go try.
